Anchorage Transit DOES Work

Anchorage Transit Works:

For residents - getting them to and from work, school, appointments, or for fun.

For business - by meeting the transportation needs of those who do not own or use a vehicle, by choice, or by necessity.

For non-transit users - by reducing traffic congestion, reducing wear on city roads, and affecting an overall lower level of repair and maintenance

For the future transportation plans of the city - by serving as an INTEGRAL component of the Highway 2 Highway project AND the Anchorage 2020 plan

For the environment and our health - by reducing emissions from automobiles and improving our air quality

Anchorage transit does work - let's keep it working now, and into the future.
